Shipping / Returns / Warranty
We always endeavor to ship in-stock items within 24-48hrs. We do our best, these times are not set in stone and can be extended depending on drop size.
Tracking (if applicable) is sent directly to your email.
Typical ship times from UPS for domestic orders is up to 5 days.
USPS 1st Class Mail typically is 5-10 days.
USPS Priority Mail is typically 2-3 days.
Note that USPS is notorious for not scanning bar codes or sometimes taking up to 4 weeks (and sometimes longer) to deliver packages.
Soft goods such as but not limited to packs, bags, pouches can be returned (at buyers cost) within 3 days of delivery. Soft goods must be in unused and in new condition with original tags, packaging and include any supplied accessories. Once the item is received and inspected a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee to the original payment method used. Note all soft goods returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Some special soft goods drop items may be final sale, such items will have that notice in the listing clearly underlined.
Clothing items such as but not limited to hats, shirts, hoodies can not be returned.
Other Accessories (patches, pins, slaps):
Limited run products such as but not limited to patches, slaps, pins, etc. can not be returned.
Soft goods such as but not limited to packs, bags, pouches carry a limited lifetime warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Due to the nature of items being hand made cosmetic items are not covered.
Regular and heavy wear such as faded materials, tears, holes, rips, broken buckles are not covered by warranty.
Patches, slaps, pins, apparel hold no warranty.
